All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery via post generally takes within 3 working days once dispatched, rural area can take an extra 1 or 2 days.
You will receive an email once orders have been dispatched with tracking number.

Due to the delicate nature of any inflated balloon art products the only available shipping option is delivery within Christchurch. Any order that contains an inflated product will be limited to this option.

All other products will be available by post.

Delivery Within Christchurch

There are currently 3 delivery options within the Christchurch area.

• $10 – If within the postcodes 8025 & 8042.
• $10 – To Akaroa via Akaroa Courier.
• $30 – If within Christchurch City *.

Orders over $100 receive free delivery!

* Delivery option is calculated using postcodes. If you are in Christchurch City and cannot see delivery as an option please contact us and we will look into adding your post code.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Delivery by NZ post.

There are 3 size options: based on the physical dimensions of the items:

• Small size ($6.10 ) —–Greeting Cards, Non inflated Balloons without Sticks etc.
• Medium size ($8.90 )—Art works, Non inflated Balloons without Sticks etc.
• Large size ($11.50)——Stick and Cups, Art works etc.

Courier will cost extra $2.00.
Rural deliveries will cost extra $4.50 (rural area friendly, we wont take extra cost at the moment!

Orders over $100 receive free shipping!
